​Flora Ibarra is an experienced insurance agent with over 24yrs in the industry. She launched her own agency, Flora Business Professionals LLC, in 2019. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of helping countless clients secure their business with tailored insurance solutions. Her deep understanding of the insurance industry, especially the commercial side, has allowed her to provide expert advice and personalized service to meet each client's unique needs. In addition to her role in the insurance industry, Flora is also the proud co-owner of Alpha Business Corp.,  Established in 2024. Alpha provides top notch services including Graphic Design, Trucking Compliance and Small Business Services. These services help provide convenient and expert advice to small businesses in need of enhancing and facilitating their day-to-day operations. Lastly, Flora is also co-founder of a non-profit called Latino Entrepreneur Association, established in 2022. “LEA” was founded based on the values of Education, Networking and Leadership. Flora is a strong believer in community involvement and working together with other businesses to give back to the community. Through LEA’s fundraising and networking events, businesses have the opportunity to connect and support each other as well as motivate young entrepreneurs. Beyond her professional life, Flora is a dedicated mother of 4 wonderful children. Balancing her career and family life as a single mother has taught her the importance of time management, resilience, and empathy – qualities she carries with her every day.
